TOPDOG FMX Events (ABN 29 655 077 104) is a business name of Scott Fitzgerald, a sole trader based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean TOPDOG FMX Events.

We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) when we handle your personal information.

When you send an enquiry through our website, we collect:

• your name, email address and phone number
• your event date (or that it's still to be confirmed) and the event location or address
• anything you tell us about your event, and whether you'd like us to source equipment such as a forklift

We also collect the details you give us when you call, email or message us, or when you book a show with us, such as billing and invoicing details.

Our website host may automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We don't use this to identify you.

We use your personal information to:

• reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
• plan, book and deliver your FMX show
• send invoices and manage payments
• meet our legal, insurance and safety obligations

We won't sell your personal information, and we won't add you to a mailing list without your permission.

We only share your personal information when we need to, for example with:

• riders, MCs and crew working on your event
• suppliers we arrange on your behalf, such as forklift hire companies
• our insurer, accountant or legal advisers
• service providers who run our website and email, including Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivery of website enquiries) and Google (website analytics)

Some of these service providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We use reputable providers and only share what is needed for them to provide their service.

We may also disclose personal information where the law requires or allows it.

We use Google Analytics to see how people find and use this website, such as which pages they visit and where they came from. It uses cookies to do this. It doesn't tell us who you are, and we don't use it for advertising. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, tax records), and then delete or de-identify it.
